About GerLat
Carola Muschke started with GerLat in 2016 in order to connect Latin America with Germany: different cultures but compatible markets.
She has over 12 years of professional experience in developing economic and political bridges between Germany and Latin America, an international network of multipliers and public institutions as well as an understanding of international business culture.
As a trade and investment promotion manager, she supported companies entering the German market and coordinated business promotion activities with public and private actors. This involved reconciling regional and cultural specificities as well as overarching legal guidelines.
She has experience in the management of clusters, in the acquisition of foreign direct investments as well as in international public relations. Carola has worked in event management, export promotion, management consultancy and international project management.
She studied European Public Management in Germany and Spain as well as International Relations in the USA.
